Spooky Coincidence

On Halloween, October 31, 1988, Justin Kyle Russum was born. Both of his parents were also born on Halloween, on it 1954 and the other in 1963. The doctor who delivered Justin, who had just come on duty a few hours earlier, was also born on October 31.
